PHYSICAL EDUCATION & SPORT PREMIUM
We aim to give our students a platform to excel at sport through hard work and determination, via competing in class events within school and team based competitions within Barnet and beyond. The promotion of a healthy lifestyle, including what we eat along with keeping fit and active, is of the utmost importance, and we strive to promote these values throughout the school year.

St Joseph’s employ a colour coded kit system for the students to look vibrant, stand out and feel part of a team right from the start of their school journey. Each house is named after one of the apostles:
Matthew: Red Mark: Yellow Luke: Green John: Blue
The Pupils earn House Points through good behaviour and hard work, which results in the winning house receiving a reward at the end of each term. Our kit consists of St Joseph’s branded shorts, tracksuit bottoms, polo shirt and jumper along with other items to be worn, dependent on the season. Students should wear white/black trainers for outdoor use and black plimsolls for indoor use.
