Applications to Nursery and Reception:

Please see the admissions policy and the Supplementary Information Form (SIF) below. 

If you are applying for a place in our Reception (not Nursery) you will also need to apply to your home council (Local Authority) via the eAdmissions  website.

In-year admissions:

Please complete the the Supplementary Information Form (SIF) below and return it to the school office together with the following documents:

• Birth Certificate (or Passport)
• Baptismal Certificate (if applicable)
• Proof of residential address: Council Tax bill and 2 utility bills

If you are posting your application, please only send copies of documents.  If you are calling to the school office in person, we are happy to make copies of any original documents you supply.
